We have a IT Support Analyst vacancy if you would like to join the Health Intelligence team based in Sandbach, Cheshire.
IT Support Analyst
Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Analyst will be primarily responsible in assisting with the administration and support of Health Intelligence IT systems and production tasks to agreed quality standard and operating procedures.
The post holder would be required to:
- Set up, maintain and provide support for hardware and applications.
- Assist with the running and support of Health Intelligence’s data processing and production facilities.
- Provide end user first and second line support in relation to both software (including the companys bespoke solutions) and hardware
- Investigate and report on in-house application errors and bugs
- Provide user administration of Active Directory
- Provide Support for internal/external connections and associated VPN’s
- Produce high quality document for all routine processes
- Assist with the monitoring of systems and services
- Liaise with third party maintenance providers
- Provide site, telephone and remote support (i.e. RDP, LogMeIn etc.)
- Any other duty as commensurate with the post
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- A broad knowledge and enthusiasm of IT Technologies
- Experience or supporting IT systems
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a fantastic telephone manner
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills
- Flexible and adaptive approach to working
- Ability to work under pressure
